Introduction
Alchemy is certainly one of the most mystical branches of spirituality that you can find; hidden away with symbols and secret codes passed down from alchemist master to pupil.
Alchemy’s roots sprung from ancient Egypt but have made a huge impact all over the world, and historically it has broken down barriers to the birth of modern-day chemistry.
In its most digestible explanation alchemy is transmutation in the form of elemental application. These elements can range from metals to Aether depending on the specific branch of alchemy you find yourself exploring.
Here I will be teaching the elemental basics of alchemy. So these ancient traditions can have application in our everyday life, but especially in relation to our physical and emotional wellbeing.
These elements will help us to transform and generate positive channels of energy to keep our cups abundant through the highs and lows of life.
Earth Element
Transform stress by grounding yourself
If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms they are major signs that you are not as grounded as you could be and the earth element can help you to calm these overactive behaviors.
Anxiety
Spiraling
Overthinking
Excessive focus on past or future events
To be grounded means to fully be here in each and every moment filled with dtillnes, gratitude, and excitement.

Elemental Practice
The earth element can be represented in the form of color, its colors are green, brown, and yellow. You can use color absolutely in any form to connect with the Earth’s source energy.
This can look like lighting green candles for fertility, wearing a brown scarf to remind you to keep grounded, Wearing yellow nail polish to help you set and maintain boundaries, and using your green snake plant in your home for protection purposes.
As soon as you choose to be intentional about the things you wear and the things that surround you the significance of the items changes. Even if you do not have faith in the vast amounts of energy you can channel through intention, those of little faith can still find use in the elemental application.
These items can simply serve you as a reminder to incorporate certain habits into your life. Like wearing green during your workouts to remind you that you are putting in hard work at the gym for your long-term physical well-being. It's always an unbeatable investment when you choose to invest in yourself.

The fire element is our fuel to life, it is our essence, our life force that makes us who we are. It's what gives our life meaning and significance, what we do with that significance is up to us each as individuals.
However, when working with the fire element it is easy to come across it in an abundance which can lead to burnout. Too much of this element much like all else things are not going to be the most beneficial for you.
It can also lead to restless behavior as the fires you have created need to be tended to and maintained before it grows out of control and ravages everything in its path.
