Introduction

Is there even such a thing as a spiritual superpower?

Absolutely but maybe not in the exact way you are picturing it to be.

You may not be able to bippity boppity boop your way to the ends of the Earth, but we all have some natural abilities when it comes to the pillars of intuition.

These super-senses that provide us a lovely pathway into our intuition include clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, & claircognizance.

These are the four most common clair senses, often referred to as the 4 pillars of intuition/divination, are remarkable bridges to our third eyes that every experienced spirtitalist has in their magickal tool box.

We will all have our own experience and interpretation of each clear sense, and you can possibly have even more spiritual superpowers than the four mentioned here.

The good news is that we can discover our natural born abilities and work to advance our spiritual senses.

Ultimately clear senses help us to communicate & interact with the spirit (ether).

Learn about the elemental basics here.

We are born with these spiritual abilities but we do not develop them as we live these more physical driven lifestyles. Today we are going to change that narrative and tap into our unique natural talents.

The clair senses strengthen our connective channels to our intuition & most notably our higher selves.

Learn about higher self integration here.

Being in touch with your intuition makes divination a hell of alot easier. No more jumbled messages, just clear unfiltered communication.

You’ll be able to walk with your highest self and be guided into your most abundant pathways, where your boundaries are preserved and you will be filled with immense gratitude because you can see how much guidance the universe gives you so that you may live your most passionate life.

We receive our senses at birth and overtime can be strengthened or weakened based on our routines. Clair senses work the same way, we just happen to live in a world where attention to these specific senses are not of public domain.

We begin our lives ignoring and suppressing these senses causing our energetic perceptions to become weaker and weaker.

As a child you may have been able to see things others could not, or even feel energetic shifts as soon as you step into certain rooms; but as you aged these sensations seemed to fade away.

This doesn't mean they have been completely lost, just merley forgotten but today we are going to tap into our spiritual powers & awaken the divine within us.

This process of developing your spiritual senses will feel alot like getting on a bike after years of not riding.

Have no fear if you are not completely in touch with these senses right now we can work our perception muscles to strengthen these senses, much like you would read to strengthen the mind. As well as laying a foundational bases on each of these pillars so we can gage which ones suit us the best.

What is your natural clair sense Quiz? Find out where you are naturally the most talented now to get the most out of the article.

Pillar 1:Clairvoyance

ree

To be clairvoyant means to see things beyond normal visual perception.

This is most heavily associated with having an open third eye and seeing additional manifestations of the divine, however, clairvoyance is not limited to just being able to see heavenly bodies.

Some clairvoyants report seeing things such as Djinn, shadow figures, & even daemons.

Shadowy figures in glimpse mostly out of my peripheral vision tend to be manifestations I can see, though clairvoyance is not my strongest Clair sense.

For me personally, I can have a clear and sometimes softened vision of divine beings, especially when deep into meditation or prayer. But it tends to be in specific situations when my third eye is the most open.

These can be flashes of light and dense color sweeping themselves into figure shapes that appear in my mind’s eye.

Each of these visions tells me a synopsis of a story so their message can easily reach through my channels of intuition.

Figures and faces happen to be the most prevalent visions from my practice though many more experienced clairvoyants can see fully formed spirits, angles, and even clear distinguishable ancestors.

How to be more clairvoyant

1.Creating art in any form will strengthen your creativity and activate your imagination. Making it all the more possible for you to see beyond your normal sight.

You must be able to fathom some form of the divine for divinity manifestations to become clear to you.

2. Focus on studying the color and form of your own frequency and aura. Being able to see and interpret aura colors and sizes is another hallmark of clairvoyance.

And while I am by no means an aura expert I have come a long way with my own clairvoyance skills.

With this practice, I have taken myself from not being able to identify visual cues to being able to see auras vividly in consecrated spaces such as during rituals.

The best way to develop your clairvoyant senses is by studying your own aura. I find the aura is the easiest to see around my hands and face.

Begin by softly gazing at your cheeks or your nose without a mirror. But keep your eyes soft and even fluttered.

Let your gaze dissolve and focus on that light band of light that you can see around the edges of your face. Where your skin ends and the rest of the universe begins simply separated by your vessel skin.

Allow this light to fade out into diluted colors. Maybe you’ll see yellow or purple. Or even an ombre of colors as you start moving towards all parts of the body.

Here is a quick reference for color significance.

In many forms of spirituality, there are strong beliefs over the third eye. Many believe that the third eye is a spiritual gateway into intuition and will offer us guidance from a higher vibrating realm of existence.

So practice opening your third eye as this is where you can be open to seeing these interpretations.

Pillar 2: Clairaudience

ree

Clairaudience is having the ability to hear messages from the divine. If stillness could talk it would sound a lot like the divine messages of my spirit guides.

Their divine wisdom is carried through from my channels of intuition and finds a home in my ears where they can best resonate. However it is so important for you to know that not all the voices you hear “may be created equal”.

If you have any ancestral practice experience you know the all too hard truth that not all your ancestors fuck with you. This lesson can be applied to any one's practice but definitely that of a beginner.

Not every spirit has your best intention at heart, even within the workings of your own mind you will find parts of your mind such as the ego that can sometimes work against your most pure intentions.

Differentiating the voices you hear and understanding the self and the divine should spark clarity and not fear.

Practice open channels to your higher self and other sources of the divine, like with prayer. Often this can be a religious experience known as “speaking with god”.

To be able to differentiate between your intuition and thoughts of the ego try this practice.

Take a few deep breaths and focus on the mind. Say out loud 3 times the message of your mind...ex: " My mind says ….".

Then connect with your heart physically and emotionally. Place your hand over your heart center and breathe into the openness of your heart. Exhale everything that weighs on your heart so that it may be weightless during your practice. Say out loud 3 times your hearts' truth ex. " My heart says".

The message from an open heart stems from an unblocked intuition. This is the voice that you can trust for balanced guidance.

The voice of the heart will not lead with pride but with love for your most harmonious lifestyle.

You can develop this pillar of intuition also be leveling up your listening abilities. Studying tone and how sounds vibrate will help you in your practice.

If you can easily listen to your peers and family with an open herat the easier it becomes to listen to the initially subtle sounds of your spirit guides.

For me i tend to hear frequencies that vibrate around my crown chakra, especially with singing bowls and instrumentals. Try listening to instrumental music and pick out what instruments you can hear.

Pick a song with lots of layers and start listening to just the bass guitar, then the piano, then the drums. Notice how all of these sounds are different and play unique roles in the song but together they work to make another unique haarmony.

ree

This exercise can easily enough be done in your every life by tuning into certain sounds and voices instead of listening to everything in general. An example of ths is having back round music on while reading.

If you focus on the voice in your head that is reading then you wont miss out on the book, but if you find yourself tuning more into the music in the background odd are youll miss what your “reading”.

Clairaudience is all about knowing what to tune into.

If you are having a difficult time tuning into divine messages in particular here are some crown chakra affirmations that can help:)

Pillar 3:Clairsentience

ree

Clairsentience means having more accessibility to sensations and feelings. Energy shifts going into certain places or with certain groups.

To have clairsentience is the more intune with divine presence physically. So meaning you have the ability to feel sensations on your body when in the presence of the divine.

With this ability you can even channel/ aspect heavenly beings within you in order to give out guidance from a divine perspective.

However this can be rather dangerous for a beginner practitioner as it's quite easy to lose yourself , and be tricked by what presence you are allowing into your vessel. So I will not be teaching this topic now as we are mainly covering spiritual basics at this point.

Clairsentients know something is off with physical triggers, aches and pains, headaches, discomfort, chakra closings and stiffness.

The most notable powers for me is feeling spiritual presence as a guiding hand, a shoulder to cry on, arms to be nurtured in, & even a protective shoulder hold.

Speaking and getting sensation that your messages were heard clearly will give satisfactory results is my favorite part of developing this pillar of intuition.

Clairsentience in practice

The best way to develop clarirsentience is by deepening your already existing relationships with the spirit.

While in prayer or however you may be honoring your divine spirit, ask them to hold your hand or any type of physical touch that you’re comfortable with.

Maybe ask for a warm feeling in your chest, or a cool breath in a still room to know that your spirit guide is with you.

This can also help you identify which spirit guide is which. Your ancestor Teresa may hold your hand but Tehuti tends to show his precense with a protective hand on my shoulder.

Keep up with this practice and apply it with your other pilar of intuition to identify all heavenly bodies of your spiritual team.

Since you are being clear it should be less of a startling experience and more peace bringing as you know your prayers are directly being answered.

Be careful with what feelings or sensations you are asking for as you dont want to dive into sexual explorations as often times this comes with an intense form of binding thats not beginner friendly.

You may do with your soul as you please, but I do not recommend this route.

Pillar 4:Claircognizance

ree

Being able to perceive a large amount of information instantly before actually getting to know the person, place, or event is claircognizance.

Claircognizance also helps you to identify energetic shifts with people, places, and things. Like going into certain rooms of an old home and knowing there were acts of domestic abuse taking place here for a number of years.

Being able to sense what places have been consecrated ( made sacred) even beyond traditional places of faith like a church or a temple.

Immediately upon entering a room or home I can tell where ritual has taken place, the type of ritual that was conducted, and how effective that ritual was.

When it comes to people a claircognizance I can easily identify red flags with people, and know upon meeting the difference between trouble and opportunity.

Truly a gift from the heavens to be able to know what paths are worth taking and what paths are ultimately going to bring you down.

Clairconganzance in practice

To develop this practice I would start by making a mental list of feelings, sensations, and information you immediately receive from a person, place, or thing.

It would be super helpful to take this down in your notes on your phone and to be as descriptive as possible. You will most likely be making inferences but try to keep them as unbiased and fact based as possible.

This will be your initial readings. After spending more time with that person, or learning more about the event you are in compare your initial reading to your mre develop done.

What things did you miss that would have given you a more complete picture in the beginning. You can try this practice with people and places you already know well.

What were your first impressions v.s how you feel abot them now?

This is going to help you know what to look out for when it comes to understanding energy. The more this is practice the better your intuitional abilities will develop.

These Clair senses remind us that we are truly spiritual beings engaging in a human experience. Your higher self is urging you to explore all facets of your spirituality and getting into touch with your more intuitive side will open your mind up to all the gifts you have to offer.
